GNR has officially confirmed CM which initiated the process of investigating the circumstances under which the facts outlined in the video circulating on social networks occurred, in which military personnel are having a party with alcoholic beverages.
An official source in these security forces explained that “this was a meeting that took place recently.”
“It happened at the GNR school security bar,” he added.
“The investigation process will contribute to a more accurate establishment of the facts,” the same source concluded.
The 44-second video shows a total of 11 people, of whom only four are wearing PNP uniform.
Judging by the chevrons on his uniform, “politeness” reigns around the captain. With a can opener in hand, the officer manages to successively open 22 bottles of beer that some of those present were holding and lined up.
The video ends with the participants laughing.
In statements for CMTVInterior Minister José Luis Carneiro explained that he would not comment because he had not yet seen the video in question.
