According to a document from the General Directorate of National Defense Resources published by Visão, the highest debt is two million euros and relates to the use of the PSP of the Alto do Duque fort in Lisbon.
Another case, ongoing for several years, involves the Campolide Campus building at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, a building that was transferred through a phased payment of $15 million. The debt currently stands at eight million euros.
There are more cases where defense assets are not being monetized properly, including an affordable rental project for military buildings that has been stalled due to issues with PDMs and conflicts between government institutions.
