London has increased its police presence on the streets after videos emerged of people celebrating the attack on Israel, which the British government says “glorifies the terrorist activities of Hamas.”
Immigration Minister Robert Jenrick called on London’s Metropolitan Police to intervene by sharing a video posted on social media this Saturday evening by British TV presenter Rachel Riley following the Hamas offensive.
“I just came across two cars in West London driving around with Palestinian flags in all the windows, jumping up and down in their cars and apparently celebrating as if they were at a party,” reads the message shared by the presenter. social network X (formerly Twitter).
