The Palace of Versailles in France was evacuated this Sunday around 12 pm due to a new bomb threat. It was the seventh time in eight days that visitors had to be removed from the premises for safety reasons, the newspaper reported. BFMTV.
The information was provided to X (formerly Twitter) by the palace communications department. “The public will soon be able to enter this space,” one can read in the latest note left on the social network.
False bomb threats have increased in France since the attack that killed teacher Dominique Bernard at a school in Arras on October 13.
