Dror’s sister, Dana Or, was also kidnapped by Hamas, along with her 16-year-old son Liam.
Dror and Dana began applying for dual citizenship 18 months ago.
“We inform His Excellency the President of the Republic that the desperate family requests the rapid granting of citizenship to two brothers, as well as three minors: Alma, Noam and Liam,” the statement quoted the publication as saying. CNN Portugal.
