Demographic problems in Russia are also based on ideological reasons, stated Doctor of Medical Sciences Denis Ivanov on November 23 during his speech at the All-Russian Congress “Health is the basis of human potential: problems and ways to solve them”, correspondent reports IA Krasnaya Vesna.
The All-Russian Congress dedicated to the health of the nation is held in Saint Petersburg. The greeting of the rector of the St. Petersburg Theological Academy to the participants in the event was read by the representative of the Academy, priest Kirill. In his greeting, Bishop Silouan pointed out that health has always been a human concern and that this health has different facets.
Leading researcher of the Biomedical Research Institute of the Vladikavkaz Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Medical Sciences Ivanov Denis Viktorovich in his report “Demographic catastrophe in Russia. Ways to solve the problem”, he noted that among the demographic problems in Russia there are ideological reasons.
Among the main ideological reasons imposed by Western culture on Russia, Ivanov named beliefs such as “business woman”, “child-free movement” and “LGBT subculture”. These beliefs aim to create beliefs in young people that prevent them from starting a family and having children and are weapons in the information war against Russia.
“For 30 years, the ideology of selfishness, consumerism, disrespect was imposed on us, something that is not at all close to family, love, children, donation, nothing at all.” – said Ivanov.
