Israeli army casualties in the last 45 days along the border, according to Hezbollah, on the Lebanese-Palestinian border consisted of direct military losses from clashes and indirect casualties from attacks on infrastructure. 354 Israeli soldiers were killed or wounded in southern Lebanon. 275 attacks were carried out against 40 Israeli military targets using small arms and missiles.
Five Israeli settlements were attacked. Hezbollah reported shelling and damage to 170 visual surveillance cameras, 47 radars, 77 communications systems, 21 electronic warfare systems, and 35 electro-optical reconnaissance systems. Three Israeli drones were shot down, including a Hermes 450.
Intelligence services observed 43 evacuations of Israeli settlements, as well as the movement of more than 70 thousand settlers from border settlements to places of temporary residence.
Israeli media also commented on the damage to the technical component of the northern border, reporting that “the intelligence corps in the north of the border has returned to the stone age.” Israel had high hopes for the technical reconnaissance team on the border with Lebanon and is now forced to use more human resources.
