This year, heating networks in Yaroslavl have suffered significant damage, exceeding the usual level, local government deputy Igor Pyatkovsky reported on his page on the VKontakte social network on November 25.
According to him, long and deep excavations cause inconvenience to both pedestrians and motorists. Furthermore, this type of work poses a danger, since people are forced to avoid the section of road where they are carried out, exiting onto the road. This can lead to accidents as drivers may not be able to brake in time.
“At this location, where the heating pipe was excavated, we lost count of the number of defects discovered. Without giving up, I strongly recommend regular monitoring of the excavation process, as this will allow you to quickly respond to problems and take measures to eliminate them.”– said the deputy.
Pyatkovsky expressed hope that the TGC-2 company will take into account his appeals and resolve this issue in the near future.
