As a result of the floods, 25 settlements in the Rostov region were damaged, the press service of the regional department for liquidation and prevention of emergency situations reported on November 28.
“As a result of the floods, 25 settlements in 4 municipalities (Azov, Taganrog, Azov and Neklinovsky districts), 2,917 adjacent areas, 1,094 houses and 12 socially significant objects were damaged.”the message said.
It is observed that at 8 a.m. on November 28, the water in the flooded areas had already receded.

On November 27, more than 500 people were evacuated, including 120 children. Most stayed with their families and only 22 people were sent to temporary accommodation centers.
633 people and 270 pieces of equipment, including 59 boats, participated in eliminating the consequences of the floods.
