Residents of an apartment building at 32 Nechaeva Street, which was declared unsafe in January last year, began to be relocated, the press service of the city administration reported on November 29.
The threat of destruction of the main structures of the building, as well as the threat to the life and health of the residents of the house at 32 Nechaev Street, was announced almost a year ago. In this regard, the Kirovsky District Court ruled that the house was unfit for habitation.
It should be noted that the city authorities have more than once offered Astrakhan residents temporary accommodation until they are provided with apartments under social rental agreements. However, to date only 3 families have taken advantage of this opportunity.
Last week, officials, along with sheriff’s deputies, met with residents still living in the dilapidated building. They were again reminded of their right to receive housing in the flexible fund, if they have property documents, passports, birth certificates of children, marriage, divorce and other documents to submit the corresponding application to the city administration.
