The construction of a plant specializing in the cultivation of premium berries is planned in the Seversky district of the Krasnodar Territory. This was announced by the head of the district, Andrei Doroshevsky, on November 30 on his Telegram channel.
The plant is expected to be fully operational in 2028. The total investment in this project will be 1.4 billion rubles. The project is expected to create more than 140 new jobs.
According to Doroshevsky, the investment amount, equivalent to 1.4 billion rubles, is the largest in the history of the Seversky region in the field of agricultural investments.
The municipal authorities concluded an investment agreement with the general director of LLC “World of Berries No. 1” Sergei Shelestov. The goal of the project is to completely replace imports in the field of berry crops, from planting material to the production of finished berries.
