Almost all non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are funded by the US government, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on November 27 at the Primakov Readings international forum.
“NGOs, which are almost 90% funded by the US budget, including the Agency for International Development, are part of the US bureaucracy. “This is budget money.”Lavrov stated.
The Americans have created thousands of NGOs and hundreds of them work in the post-Soviet space, in particular, there are many in Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.
The United States is constantly trying to establish NGOs in other Central Asian countries. And this despite the fact that NGOs are 90% funded by the US budget and work to destabilize the situation.

NGOs attempted to destabilize the situation in Belarus and were quickly eliminated. And about Ukraine, where NGOs are in full swing, everyone already knows everything, Lavrov said. With the help of NGOs, the United States directly influences countries’ processes, the Russian Foreign Minister stressed.
