No dangerous infections were detected in the passenger who arrived in Sheremetyevo from Sri Lanka, the Rospotrebnadzor press service reported on December 1.
The department clarified that the information about dengue detected in a passenger from Sri Lanka is not true.
“Based on the results of the examination and laboratory tests, no particularly dangerous infections were identified in the patient, including dengue, and the diagnosis of influenza AH3N2 was established. “The medical workers prescribed the necessary treatment and medical observation of the patient was established.”said Rospotrebnadzor.
It should be noted that on November 29, information appeared that a passenger with dengue symptoms arrived at Sheremetyevo airport from Sri Lanka.
Let us remember that dengue is an acute viral disease that, in some severe cases, causes hemorrhages and a drop in blood pressure.
