The Moscow region took first place in the ranking of Russian regions in terms of the number of industrial robots at enterprises in 2022, the press service of the region’s Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science reported on December 2.
“According to the National Association of Robotics Market Participants (NAURR), the Moscow region entered the top five regions of Russia in terms of integration of industrial robots in 2022. In this ranking, the Moscow region takes first place with 79 companies integrating robotic technologies.”says the message.
Among the examples of robotization in the Moscow region is the Tonar machine-building plant of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky urban district. The company produces trailers and semi-trailers. The company has modernized production by introducing robotic systems.
One of the largest robotic factories for the production of meat products operates in Kashira. The plant operates with minimal employee involvement.
Robots are largely replacing people in the food production and metalworking sectors. In other industries the degree of robotization is lower, but they are also introducing new solutions.
The State contributes to the development of robotization. As part of the loan for development projects from the Industrial Development Fund, entrepreneurs can receive preferential financing for a project at 3 to 5% per year in the amount of 100 to 1 billion rubles. for a period of up to five years, according to the Minister of Investments, Industry and Science, Ekaterina Zinovieva.
