After a European defeat at home to Barcelona (2-1), the Dragons return to the championship in search of another triumph that will allow them to level with leaders Benfica, who visited Moreirense (fifth place) on Sunday, and Vice ” Sporting, which will host Gil Vicente (11th place) on Monday.
Up front, in a match that kicks off at 18:00, Porto will face seventh-place Famalican and visit a ground where they have won for the past three seasons, with their last defeat dating back to the 2019/20 season.
The final match of the day will see 15th-placed Casa Pia make its league debut under coach Pedro Moreira after being eliminated in the Portuguese Cup, where they will face 10th-placed Portimonense at home.
Unbeaten in four matches and with three wins in a row, eighth-place Farense takes on sixth-place Vitoria de Guimarães, on the back of two straight defeats, in a match to mark the centenary of the San Luis Stadium in Faro.
At the same time, at 15:30 Rio Ave, 16th, instead of entering the playoffs receives Estrelo da Amadora, 12th, but with only two points more.
