Singer Shakira has a new song and the lyrics seem to have been inspired by her former teammate, soccer player Gerard Piqué.
“I will not return to you even if you cry or beg me” or “A wolf like me is not for beginners” are some tips left by a Colombian. Shakira even makes a pun on the children’s father’s name when she sings, “I only make music, sorry if I spatter you.”
“You traded a Ferrari for a Twingo. You traded a Rolex for a Casio,” the singer says in the theme song for “BZRP Music Sessions #53.” Shakira also gives advice to her former partner when she mentions, “Ah, a lot of gym. But use your brain a little.”
The new theme is one of the top YouTube trends and has already been viewed more than 35 million times in 18 hours.
Shakira and Pique broke off a 12-year relationship last year, from which nine-year-old Milan and seven-year-old Sasha were born.
