The elderly woman and the newborns, a boy and a girl, are healthy.
This is Safina’s second birth in three years. In accordance with BBC, A Ugandan woman realized she wanted to become a mother after society judged her for caring for other people’s children and not having her own.
“I’ve taken care of people’s children and watched them grow up and leave me alone. I was wondering who would take care of me when I grew up,” he explained.
