A statement published on the official website, signed by the “acting management”, announced the filing of a complaint in order to “obtain answers, restore truth and legitimacy” and return the “Stop” to the members, accusing Andre Pestana of failing to provide information about the financial situation of the union, making false statements in registration forms and the political connection of the coordinator with the MAS party (Socialist Alternative Movement).

Members of the Stop party who signed the statement, dated Wednesday, recalled that Andre Pestana had invited them to take part in a “non-partisan, democratic and non-sectarian trade union project”, but suggested that “dialogue efforts” had been carried out over the past months. , it was not possible to reach consensus.
