This Monday, German farmers again blocked several main streets in Berlin as part of a new protest against government subsidy cuts. It is expected that about 5,000 tractors will be delivered overnight.
The center of the protests will be on the road between the Victory Column and the Brandenburg Gate.
Early in the morning, the street was completely filled with people, so the police did not allow vehicles to pass and directed the farmers to a second meeting point in front of the Olympic Stadium.
We are talking about phasing out the reduction in diesel fuel tax for farmers.
Protests are planned in other cities in Germany.
Finance Minister Christian Lindner has already announced his intention to talk to farmers.
