A 31-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence on Sunday in Castelo Branco and was subjected to electronic surveillance, PSP reported this Wednesday.
In a note published on the Internet, the command of the Castelo Branco district of the PSP indicated that the man was detained by employees of the territorial police department.
“At 00:30, after the police received a report of disturbances inside a residential building in this city, police from the territorial police department of Castelo Branco immediately went to the scene, where they detained a 31-year-old man red-handed for committing a crime. crime of domestic violence.”
The detainee was present in the Castelo Branco court, which defined as a coercive measure “a ban on any contact with the victim and approaching the victim at a distance of less than 500 meters, under electronic surveillance.”
