The judicial police arrested a 31-year-old man in the municipality of Coimbra for raping two women he met through sexual networks. In one of the crimes, the victim was even filmed without his consent.
According to information on the website of the Public Ministry (MP) of Coimbra, the arrest took place on Monday.
The facts under investigation occurred in November and December last year.
According to the SP, the accused posed as a university professor and a professional photographer on social networks, attracting victims to meetings and, using physical force, subjected them to significant acts of a sexual nature.
The first victim was a 24-year-old woman whom the sexual predator met on social networks. At the first meeting between them, the deputy emphasizes, the victim “was forced into sexual relations without her consent and against her will.”
The second time, the woman who was attacked by the rapist was 31 years old. She was again forced into sexual relations. This time, a sexual predator recorded the sex act on his mobile phone without the victim’s consent.
Coimbra police inspectors, in addition to arresting the suspect, managed to confiscate a cell phone containing a video recording of a sexual intercourse, which was kept by the second victim.
The 31-year-old man who was in court on Wednesday was released with daily appearances and banned from having any contact with the two victims.
You are also required to maintain a safe distance of up to 200 meters from the victims and not to leave the municipality in which you live without notifying the court, with the exception of traveling to your place of work.
