Sandra Madureira, wife of Super Dragões support group leader Fernando Madureira, and five other accused in Operation Praetorian have already been released. The Ministry of State (MP) requested mandatory custodial measures only for Fernando Madureira, Hugo “Polaco” and Vitor Catan. “Macaco” and “Polaco” face preventive arrest, and Vitor Catan faces house arrest.
As for Sandra Madureira, the MP calls for a ban on sports facilities, periodic appearances before the authorities and removal from positions associated with the Super Dragons.
The MP demands for Vítor Oliveira, known as “Aleixo”, and Vítor Bruno Oliveira, son of “Aleixo”, periodic presentations to the authorities, as well as a ban on entering the stadiums and removal from the Super Dragons.
In relation to Jose Pereira, a ban on contact with victims and accused and periodic appearances before the authorities was required.
The enforcement action will be announced this Wednesday at 16:00.
