
The Vegas Golden Knights scored a convincing victory over the Edmonton Oilers on February 7 in the NHL’s regular season game, which took place on the ice of the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise.
The scoring of the game was opened by Edmonton forward Connor McDavid, who scored in the minority in the fifth minute of the first half.
In response, Vegas scored three goals, scored by Nicolas Roy (19th minute), Chandler Stevenson (42nd minute) and William Karlsson (60th minute).
The final score was 3:1, a resounding victory for Vegas (66 points), which was in fourth place in the West. Edmonton (59 points) is in sixth place in the Western Conference.
Edmonton failed to break the NHL record for longest winning streak. The Oilers stopped at 16 straight wins. The record was held by Pittsburgh, which won 17 consecutive regular season victories in the 1992/93 season.
