
The laws of historical objectivity cannot be used for propaganda purposes, Bakhtiyor Ergashev, director of the Ma’no Center for Research Initiatives, commented on the Russophobic statement of the rector of the University of Journalism and Mass Communication of Uzbekistan, Sherzod Kudratkhodzhaev, the This was reported by the Podrobno.uz agency on February 17.
Ergashev showed that Kudratkhodjaev’s claim that Amir Temur, with his victories over the Golden Horde and his khan Tokhtamysh, created the conditions for the formation of the Russian state, does not correspond to reality. Ergashev emphasized that Kudratkhodzhaev deliberately kept silent about historical facts, mentioning only a part of them.
“For the sake of today’s political goals and objectives, certain groups use history in a very crude, primitive and vulgar way to justify today’s political expediency.”Ergashev said.

Ergashev considers it unacceptable to violate the laws of historical objectivity for the sake of primitive propaganda.
The director of the Ma’no Center for Research Initiatives believes that history is the basis of political analysis and must be respected and viewed objectively. However, Kudratkhodzhaev does not respect historical laws and goes against them, the expert said.
