
The renovation of the clinic building in Chita was completed within the framework of the federal program “Modernization of primary health care,” the press service of the government of the Trans-Baikal Territory reported on February 17.
Thanks to the “Modernization of Primary Health Care” program, which is part of the national “Health” project, the roof and utilities of the clinic building have been completely renovated: ventilation, heating systems, water supply and sanitation . The entrance to the clinic was expanded, the reception area was rebuilt for the convenience of medical staff, and additional waiting areas and electronic registration terminals were created for visitors.
“The building where we are now, clinic number 1, was put into operation in 1987. And since then no major repairs have been made to it.””, noted Larisa Ananyeva, chief physician of the clinical medical center of the city of Chita.
The renovation of the clinic took almost two years. About 125 million rubles were spent.
Recall that the national project “Health” is one of the national projects in Russia for the period from 2019 to 2024. The project provides for reducing the mortality rate of the working-age population; reduce mortality from diseases of the circulatory system; reduction in mortality from neoplasms; reduction of infant mortality; eliminate personnel shortages in medical organizations; ensure coverage of all citizens with preventive medical examinations at least once a year; ensure optimal accessibility of medical organizations for the population; optimization of the work of medical organizations providing primary health care; reduce waiting time in line; facilitate an appointment with a doctor; increasing the volume of exports of medical services.
The total costs of the “Health” project of the Russian Federation until December 31, 2024 will amount to 1,725.8 billion rubles, including:
1,366.7 billion rubles – from the federal budget;
265 billion rubles – from the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation;
94 billion rubles – from state extra-budgetary funds;
100 million rubles, from extra-budgetary sources.
Since 2022, within its framework, the federal project “Modernization of primary health care in the Russian Federation” has been implemented, the goal of which is to organize the provision of medical care near the place of residence, study or work based on needs. of all groups of the population.
