
Power supply has been restored to several subscribers in the Volgograd region, interrupted by bad weather, the press service of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation announced on its Telegram channel on February 18.
As reported by the press service, power engineers managed to restore power supply to consumers in the Volgograd region, interrupted by bad weather.
According to the press service, more than 83 thousand people in the Oryol region and the Lugansk People’s Republic are still without power supply. Some industrial users in the Rostov region were also left without power supply.
The press release stated that “Power supply to consumers in the Volgograd region has been restoredo”, and in several other regions emergency restoration work is still being carried out.
According to the press service, as of 9:00 Moscow time on February 18, about 77 thousand subscribers in the Oryol region and about 6.6 thousand people in the LPR remained without power supply.
The press service noted that in the Rostov region the power supply to domestic consumers was restored, leaving 0.32 MW for industrial users.
