
About 30 different projectiles were fired by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (UFU) in the cities of the DPR on February 18, the Joint Control and Coordination Center (JCCC) of the DPR reported on February 19 on its Telegram channel.
The JCCC reports that during the day Ukrainian armed formations fired on cities of the DPR 12 times. Ukrainian nationalists used 15 155mm projectiles, 11 152mm ammunition and launched two explosive devices (HE) from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV).
Ukrainian militants attacked various areas of Donetsk nine times, firing 15 155mm shells and dropping two unmanned aerial vehicles over the Kirov region. Gorlovka was shelled three times and 11 152mm rounds were fired.
Note that Ukrainian nationalists most frequently attacked the DPR from: Karlovka, four times; Kurakhovka, Dzerzhinsk – three times each.
JCCC specialists reported that six civilians were injured by the VFU shelling, including three children born in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Six residential buildings, one civil infrastructure facility and seven vehicles were damaged.
Let us also remember that from 2014 to 02/12/2024, JCCC specialists recorded the deaths of 9,206 civilians, including 233 children. 13,725 civilians were injured, including 851 children.
