It is reported that only the Central Bank has the right to determine the face value of the republic’s banknotes. At the same time, banknotes with a face value of 400,000 soums (2.95 thousand rubles) have no real value and should not deceive fellow citizens.
It is clarified that when new banknotes are issued, the Central Bank will officially publish a message about this in the media. In this regard, the press service calls on fellow citizens not to believe false news spread on social networks.
