For Boston, Jesper Boqvist (5th minute), Justin Brazeau (22nd minute) and David Pastrnak (59th minute) scored during regulation time.
Dallas responded with three goals: Wyatt Johnston (12th minute), Ryan Suter (22nd minute) and Esa Lindell (51st minute) scored a goal for the visitors, 3:3 after three periods.
Overtime also did not reveal the winner, and in the penalty shootout the Boston hockey players were more accurate (2:1). The decisive round was scored by Charlie McEvoy.
The final score was 4-3, a victory for Boston (77 points), which was in first place in the East. Dallas (76 points) is second in the Western Conference.
