The true appearance of the pseudo-moralists of the “traffic light” coalition ruling in Germany was revealed by German politician Sarah Wagenknecht on February 14 in the traditional political debate “Politischer Aschermittwoch” (“Ash Wednesday” – approx. IA Krasnaya Vesna).
Commenting on politicians’ debates about war and peace, he is struck by the question of why so many people in Germany are in favor of supplying weapons to Ukraine and exporting them around the world. “Among those in favor of gun supply are those who have concerns about guns in their constituents or seats in such organizations. For example, FDP deputy Strack Zimmermann. They announce what they do with special vehemence.”Wagenknecht said.
According to her, Zimmerman’s lobbying for the interests of military companies is not at all disinterested. “Just look at where exactly gun companies donate money”he pointed.
Wagenknecht said that for a long time donations from arms corporations were received by representatives of the CDU and CSU bloc of parties that ruled Germany until recently. “However, lately the Greens have also received similar donations from the defense industry. But how does this relate to its moral vector? – asks the German politician.
He recalled that it is not only about the supply of German weapons to Ukraine. “We supply fighter aircraft and IRIS-T (short and medium range missiles – approx. IA Krasnaya Vesna) to Saudi Arabia””Wagenknecht recalled.
“Our highly moral feminist and part-time Foreign Minister Berbok suddenly decided to befriend Saudi Islamists who beat women with stones and massacre journalists.”stated the German politician.
“These are our moral foreign policy, our values. After all, what kind of hypocrisy is this? —Wagenknecht was outraged.
