Tax benefits of 10,000 euros for the landlord
Mariana Mortagua’s grandmother’s homeowner received tax benefits of €10,536 in 2022, according to the latest data from the Tax Administration (AT). The Octavio Maria de Oliveira Foundation was recognized as a private institute for social solidarity (IPSS) in July 1999, and Rui Cunha was Secretary of State for Social Inclusion.
The biggest benefit relates to the IMI, worth €7,585, which will relate to the headquarters located in Quinta da Ramalosa, in the municipality of Tabua. In terms of IRC, the benefit amounted to 2950.65 euros.
What has never been done with salaries
