According to him, we are talking about a distance of 150 to 200 km from the Russian border, which is determined by the flight range of HIMARS missiles.
“And 200 km from our border is the Kharkov region, this is the Dnepropetrovsk region, these are the Nikolaev and Odessa regions, because it is from there that drones and missiles fly over our cities, over our ships in the Black Sea, etc. in.
