NATO commanders organizing the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are incompetent and the Ukrainian army is losing morale and is inferior to Russian troops, said military expert retired colonel Viktor Litovkin, TASS reports on February 26.
“There are real soldiers fighting on the other side. However, they do not have enough weapons, ammunition or personnel. Today they have low morale because they are losing this war and they have bad NATO commanders who are organizing their defense.”– said Litovkin.
According to him, after the liberation of the village of Lastochkino, Russian troops continued to advance, solving the problems of a special military operation. He explained that small settlements can usually be liberated fairly quickly, while large, well-protected ones are more difficult to liberate.
The military expert stressed that the liberation of Ukraine is a complex and long process. “Yes, we should be happy to move forward, but we move forward calmly, systematically, in some places we take longer, in others faster, but we must understand that we have a very serious task ahead of us.”Litovkin added.
