
The Seattle Kraken snatched a victory on penalties from the Boston Bruins on February 27 in the NHL’s regular season game, which took place on the ice at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle.
Jordan Eberle (25th minute, power play), Vince Dunn (46th minute) and Oliver Bjorkstrand (55th minute) scored for Seattle in regulation.
For Boston, David Pastrnak scored a double (minutes 6 and 38), Charlie Coyle scored another goal (minute 58, power play), 3:3 after three periods.
The extension also did not reveal the winner. It all came down to the penalty shootout, in which the Seattle hockey players were more accurate (1-0). The decisive round was scored by Kailer Yamamoto.
The final score was 4:3, a victory for Seattle (61 points), which was in 12th place in the West. Boston (82 points) is in first place in the Eastern Conference.
