The level of execution of Moscow’s annual budget revenue plan was fulfilled by 111.1%, the head of the capital’s finance department, Elena Zyabbarova, reported in the press service of the mayor’s office on February 28.
According to Zyabbarova, Moscow budget revenues in 2023 reached 4.2 trillion rubles, 15.2% more than in 2022.
He noted that in 2023 tax revenues increased by 17.3% to 3.7 trillion rubles and personal income tax revenues increased by 7.6% to 1.7 trillion rubles.
Income tax collection amounted to 1.4 trillion rubles, an increase of 38.8%.
Thus, the annual income plan was fulfilled by 111.1%, concluded the head of the Moscow Finance Department.
It should be noted that Moscow’s budget revenues for 2023 were to be 3.789 billion rubles, while expenses were planned at 4.608 billion rubles. Moscow’s actual expenses amounted to 4.4 billion rubles.
