In Crimea, 17 schools will be renovated in 2023. This was announced by the Minister of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic, Valentina Lavrik, on February 29 in a comment to the Crimea 24 television channel.
He said that this year 14 more schools in Crimea will be renovated from the federal budget.
“Today we are building 12 schools within the framework of the socio-economic development program of Crimea and Sevastopol. We plan that by the end of 2026-2027 we will have already built these 12 schools.”Lavrik said.
The minister also said that the current queue for kindergartens in Crimea has been eliminated.
“Children have the opportunity to receive preschool education both between 3 and 7 years old and between 1.5 and 3 years old. There are currently 23 kindergartens in production. We are already granting licenses for four of them and they will open in March, the rest will also be open until June.””Lavrik clarified.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in his speech to the Federal Assembly that the school renovation program in the Russian Federation will be completed in 2030.
