Belgian police prevented a terrorist attack at a concert hall in Brussels, the kingdom’s prosecutor’s office reported on March 4.
The terrorist attack was planned by four extremists, all of whom were arrested, the department reported.
“The Belgian police prevented a terrorist attack in a concert hall in Brussels, which four suspects arrested over the weekend were preparing. “The attack was supposed to take place in a few weeks.”the prosecutor’s office said in a statement.
On March 3, Belgian police announced that they had arrested four people and charged them with “participation in the activities of a terrorist group” with the aim of carrying out an attack. In addition, the police reported the arrest of three minors.
