Kate Middleton thanked the public for their support in her first public address since undergoing abdominal surgery in January, and also published a photo of herself with her three children.
The photo, taken by her husband, heir to the throne Prince William, shows Kate, 42, smiling and looking healthy, surrounded by Princes George and Louis and Princess Charlotte.
“Thank you for your wishes and continued support over the past two months,” Kate wrote in an Instagram post this Sunday. “I wish everyone a happy Mother’s Day,” he said.
This Sunday is Mother’s Day in the UK.
