According to the Spanish newspaper, the information was provided by Valencian Community government delegate Pilar Bernabe, who states that National Police investigations point to the device hypothesis as the most likely.
A judge opened a trial on Friday into a fire at Valencia’s largest building but found there was no evidence of a crime. He adds that it was just a “coincidence” so the case was closed.
The delegate explains that insurance companies can now carry out the work they need inside the building so that people affected by the fire “can resume their life project” since “evidence” has been excluded.
