
The powers of the representative of the TEC “Goryacheklyuchevskaya” of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation VI Shostak were terminated by a court decision, the press service of the Kuban Public Chamber reported on its Telegram channel on March 16.
At a hearing on March 16, the court accepted TEC “Goryacheklyuchevskaya’s” lawsuit, filed on March 15, alleging that Shostak systematically ignores his duties. Currently, Shostak does not have the right to visit the territory of TEC and PEC.
It should be noted that on March 15, during the presidential elections in Russia, members of the Regional Public Headquarters for Election Observation, public observer at the TEC Andrei Kazantsev and lawyer, expert at the Headquarters Arthur Gasumyan, connected to the Center of Public Observation to cover the current situation.
They reported that Shostak repeatedly created problems during the elections in the PECs.
