After this, Akiev, Gireev and Tsitskiev began to prepare a terrorist attack on the building of the Supreme Court of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic: they explored the area, purchased components for making an improvised explosive device (transistors, electrolyte, acetone, saltpeter) . , assembled it and also bought a Kalashnikov assault rifle and 2 Makarov pistols.
The attackers were unable to carry out the terrorist attack, which was prevented by FSB agents.
