Among the main challenges for the new presidential mandate, the solution of problems within the framework of a special military operation in Ukraine was mentioned by Russian President Vladimir Putin, leader of the presidential elections in Russia, on March 18 at a conference of press.
“First of all, we must solve the problems within the framework of the Northern Military Region, strengthen our defense capabilities and strengthen our armed forces. “This is happening at a very good pace and with excellent quality.”Putin said.
According to him, recently in a message to the Federal Assembly he outlined the main tasks of the country’s development.
“Our task is to take advantage of the trust of the citizens of the Russian Federation to do everything that depends on us so that all assigned tasks are solved and goals are achieved.”added the President of the Russian Federation.
He also thanked the citizens of Russia for the trust they placed in him and promised to do everything possible to solve the tasks set for the country and achieve priority goals.
Recall that the presidential elections in the Russian Federation were held from March 15 to 17. Four candidates participated in them: the self-proclaimed Vladimir Putin, Nikolai Kharitonov of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Leonid Slutsky of the Liberal Democratic Party and Vladislav Davankov of the New People’s Party.
After processing 84% of the protocols, Vladimir Putin confidently leads the vote.
