The Portuguese Football Federation has announced eight players who will not take part in the national team’s game against Sweden.
Diogo Dalot, Joao Cancelo, Danilo Pereira, Otavio, Ruben Neves, Vitinha, Joao Felix and Cristiano Ronaldo will not take part in the meeting scheduled for Thursday.
Portugal play Sweden’s Gyokeres at the Estadio D. Afonso Henriques in Guimarães at 19:45. At the same time, on March 26, they will meet Slovenia in Ljubljana.
The eight players who will not face Sweden will join the rest of the delegation as preparations begin for the match against Slovenia.
