Let us remind that the national project “Safe and Quality Roads” is one of the national projects in Russia for the period 2019-2030.
Creating a modern, comfortable and safe transport infrastructure is one of the main tasks assigned by the Head of State to road workers. The main tool for achieving the strategic goal was the national project “Safe and Quality Roads”, which began in 2019 and became a logical continuation of the joint work of the federal and regional highway departments.
In 2021, an updated passport of the national project was approved, which is now called “Safe and Quality Roads”. The document is in accordance with the Decree of the President of Russia dated July 21, 2020 No. 474 “On the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period until 2030.” The national project focuses on achieving the national goal “Comfortable and safe living environment”.
