A resident of Novorossiysk will be tried for promoting banned Nazi symbols, the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Krasnodar Territory reported on its Telegram channel on March 19.
“According to the investigation, on the afternoon of September 28, 2023, the accused, while on Dmitry Shostakovich Street in the city of Novorossiysk, carried out propaganda and public demonstration before an unlimited circle of people of his tattoo on his left hand , which are Nazi symbols.”– stated the press service.
According to security forces, before this, the Novorossiysk resident had already suffered an administrative penalty for a similar crime under part 1 of Art. 20.3 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
It should be noted that during the interrogation the accused confessed. The case with the approved indictment will soon be sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
