The alarm was reported by neighbors who smelled a strong smell and called the fire brigade and police.
According to the same source, first impressions collected by Spanish authorities showed no signs of violence on the bodies. However, they show that one of the four victims had been dead for several days and that the body was in a state of advanced decomposition and “could be consistent with a 60-year-old man.”
Four bodies were scattered: one in the room, another in the second room and two others together in one room.
