The organizers of the study of the company HeadHunter (hh.ru) and the cloud CRM system for recruiting Talantix, Forbes, claimed a decrease in the percentage of citizens of the Russian Federation who refuse to work due to the discrepancy between salaries and their expectations. the magazine reports on March 20.
Thus, according to the study, the decrease in the percentage of job rejections due to low salaries in 2023 was 0.8% (from 3.8% to 3%).
According to experts, the result of the study is explained by a slight increase in the proposed salaries. Thus, the average salary indicated in vacancies by employers in the first quarter of 2024 increased by 34% compared to the same period in 2023 and amounted to 60 thousand rubles per month.
At the same time, a number of “problematic” professions from this point of view continue to exist in Russia today. For example, today 40% of job offers as a doctor are rejected, precisely due to the discrepancy between salaries and the initial expectations of citizens.
The list of professions of this type also included treasurer (11.2% rejected vacancies due to low salaries), shift supervisor/site foreman (10.1%), game designer (9.4%) and operator of production line (9%).
