The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic, charged to the regional budget, builds reindeer farms, corrals, provides snowmobiles and caterpillar jeeps to the brigades, and provides social support to the prickly pear.
After four years of working in herds, the young reindeer herders receive a bonus of one million rubles.
