The town of Krasnoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic was liberated as a result of the successful actions of units of the Southern Group of Russian Forces, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense reported on its Telegram channel on March 23.

Formations of the 42nd mechanized, 17th tank, 92nd assault, 79th air assault, 46th and 81st airmobile brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were defeated by attacks aerial and artillery fire in the areas of the settlements of Kleshcheevka, Kurdyumovka, Paraskovievka, Krasnogorovka, Maksimilyanovka. of the Donetsk People’s Republic and Belogorivka of the Lugansk People’s Republic.
