About 400 children and their parents, arriving from the Belgorod region, were accommodated on March 24 in children’s health camps in the Moscow region, the press service of the governor and the government of the Moscow region reports.
“About 400 children and parents from the Belgorod region arrived in the Moscow region. “They were interned in children’s health camps.”the message said.
Belgorod children and parents are accommodated in the “Rodnik” camps in the Pushkinsky district, named after 28 Panfilovites in Volokolamsk, “Horizon” in Klin and “Lesnaya Polyana” in Kolomna. This is done in accordance with the previous promise of the Governor of the Moscow Region, Andrei Vorobyov, to care for children and mothers of disabled children in the Belgorod Region.
Among the children who arrived, 59 have special problems with physical development, said Deputy Minister of Social Development of the Moscow Region, Vera Marchenko. Interesting programs have been prepared for children in the camps, the children will study and attend schools, the official noted.
The arriving children were met at the Podolsk railway station by the head of the district, social workers, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and disaster medicine personnel. Volunteers from the Moscow region helped us get on the bus.
